Terms & Conditions

1.     Bookings are on a request basis and are not booked until confirmed by the hotel.

2.     50% Discount applies in all Food & Beverage Outlets at the following participating properties:

  • Andaz London Liverpool Street 

  • Hyatt Regency Birmingham

  • Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill

  • Great Scotland Yard

  • Hyatt Place Heathrow Airport

  • Hyatt Place London City East

  • Hyatt Regency Manchester

  • Hyatt Regency London Stratford

  • Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars

3.      The benefit applies to the hotels listed in point 2, including a colleague’s own property

4.      Available for all colleagues; full-time, part-time, fixed-term, and casual, whilst actively working for the company. If a colleague leaves/stops working, they are no longer eligible.

5.      Use of the outlets is not appropriate during a colleague’s working time, including breaks. If it is a work event, the normal entertainment policy will apply.

6.      Bookings are subject to availability. It is recommended to book but walk-ins may still be available.

7.      The discount applies on all Food & Beverages, some items may be excluded for example expensive liquor or Champagne.

8.      Colleagues are asked to book the outlet beforehand, however, you are welcome to visit the outlet on an ad-hoc basis without a booking and check availability. Please advise that you would like a 50% colleague discount BEFORE sitting down.

9.      The decision to offer a discount is a non-contractual benefit and remains with the business and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

10.  This benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers in place from time to time.

11.  This discount is for leisure purposes only. For business use the normal menu price, unless previously agreed otherwise, will apply.

12.  The dress code for each Outlet, should be followed, as appropriate. Uniforms are not appropriate.

13.  Please be prepared to show a photo ID.

14.  New hotel discounts will be announced as available when it’s appropriate.

15. The bill must be settled in full on the day of dining.

16. Your Global ID must be active at the time of booking.
